Rinnovo del box alla scadenzaIl box in versione Small Business dura 1 anno, alla scadenza si può procedere al rinnovo delle licenze se:

1) l'ordine di rinnovo viene staccato dall'UTENTE FINALE al suo fornitore entro 42 gg dalla scadenza del prodotto, dandone comunicazione al vendor via fax;
2) l'ordine di rinnovo viene inviato al VENDOR entro il 60° gg dalla scadenza del prodotto;
3) se viene indicato nell'ordine di rinnovo - inserendolo nel campo apposito "cod.rinnovo" - il corretto riferimento del numero di certificato/license ID/serial number del prodotto (sono tutti e 3 riferimenti validi - in mancanza di questi, può valere la copia della fattura di acquisto dell'utente finale per il box da rinnovare).
